When one places them self in a position of leadership, they must be able to implement and follow a code of conduct. I ask, what code of conduct has Umar Johnson created, and implemented (let alone followed)? None! Okay, now let’s continue. Many Black men, in leadership roles, have not mastered this extremely essential skill. The biggest problem with so many of our “Black leaders” is that they, themselves, for hundreds of years, have not been allowed to be men, under European rule. Because of this suppression, a huge number of Black men feel a need to constantly prove themselves as being a man. This crucial need to prove oneself as a man has created much competition, misplaced aggression, and mistreatment, not only towards one another, but also towards Black women. Why Are We Still Allowing The Enemy To Teach Our Children?

Malcolm said that only a fool would let his enemy teach his children, and why do we continue to allow this? For us to continue this menticide means that, somehow, we do not view the public education system as our enemy. The Burning Hut

The only survivor of a shipwreck washed up on a small, uninhabited island. He prayed feverishly for God to rescue him, and every day he scanned the horizon for help, but none seemed forthcoming. Exhausted, he eventually managed to build a little hut out of driftwood to protect him from the elements, and to store his few possessions. But then one day, after scavenging for food, he arrived home to find his little hut in flames, the smoke rolling up to the sky. The worst had happened; everything was lost. He was stung with grief and anger. "God, how could you do this to me!" he cried. Early the next day, however, he was wakened by the sound of a ship that was approaching the island. It had come to rescue him. "How did you know I was here?" asked the weary man of his rescuers. "We saw your smoke signal," they replied.
