When one places them self in a position of leadership, they must be able to implement and follow a code of conduct. I ask, what code of conduct has Umar Johnson created, and implemented (let alone followed)? None! Okay, now let’s continue. Many Black men, in leadership roles, have not mastered this extremely essential skill. The biggest problem with so many of our “Black leaders” is that they, themselves, for hundreds of years, have not been allowed to be men, under European rule. Because of this suppression, a huge number of Black men feel a need to constantly prove themselves as being a man. This crucial need to prove oneself as a man has created much competition, misplaced aggression, and mistreatment, not only towards one another, but also towards Black women. Whenever a Black man achieves enough level of success that will allow him to behave in an arrogant manner, he will predictably exhibit a larger than life ego and his arrogance will thrive. But guess who will suff

It's important that we learn from history, so as not to repeat the same mistakes. And because educating our children is truly key for our success as African people we must approach the matter of knowledge and education with extreme analytical thinking (with logic being the center of that thinking). We already have a number of African-Centered schools and academies in existence, across the globe, and the wise thing for us to do would be to help fund, support, and share resources & curriculum. We can best grow our educational infrastructure by using the African diaspora to our advantage. Through strong homeschooling networks, private academies, and non-traditional African-based institutions we will have something that the United States government can neither control, nor shutdown. As we seen with past history, the government was successful in using the Supreme Courts decision with Brown vs The Board of Education in shutting down the a highly success

Chantell Beaty December 4, 2015 The White race is the ruling clan of society, and as long as this race remains the dominant class in humanity, all other social classes or races of people will always remain subject to this ruling order in one form or another. Black people must be mindful of the choices that they make for themselves and their families. They must create the best solutions for the worst problems that they may encounter as an inhabitant of white culture in a dominant white society. One of the most important choices for black families is how they should educate their children while still existing under white dominant control and power. Black parents must choose whether to send their children to public school, private school, or to home-school, or potentially send them to a boarding school while establishing or maintaining their intended Black culture. The term “Black” is used over African in this context because until the practice of racism or White Supremacy has su

As we're dealing with, yet another police killing of a young Black man, just know, Black people, that The White Power Structure is, in fact, provoking us into violent action. With this latest lynching of Laquan McDonald, in Chicago, it shouldn't be hard to see. Throughout recent history, we've learned how these government alphabet agencies work, and how they use special operation units to carry out the orders handed down to them. So, if seems like they're saying:" Come, do it", it's because they are. They're eager to carry out mass extermination of African people. They've been waiting a long time for this, even practicing in anticipation for this day. Research 'Agenda 21' aka 'The King Alfred Plan'. Why? Because y'all, BLACK PEOPLE, aren't killing each other fast enough, and you aren't dying off fast enough for their liking. Now, for those of you who don't know, there has ALWAYS BEEN a plan in

Why Are We Still Allowing The Enemy To Teach Our Children?

Malcolm said that only a fool would let his enemy teach his children, and why do we continue to allow this? For us to continue this menticide means that, somehow, we do not view the public education system as our enemy. If you're still not convinced of what our brother said, may I suggest that you take time to read Race and Education: The Roles Of History In Educating African American Students by William H. Watkins, James H. Lewis & Victoria Chou and The Conspiracy Of Ignorance by Martin L. Gross Our great ancestor, Amos Wilson asked us:"How different would our education be if we went to school to learn to create jobs for ourselves?" Surely, we've pondered that and came to a common sense conclusion that it would much different than what our children are receiving today. Amos Wilson taught that must take the power away from the Europeans when it comes to teaching our children. We must redefine it and restructure it to suit the needs of Af
